Biblography
After completion her BSc(Hons) degree in the Department of Soil and Environment Sciences, The University of Agriculture Peshawar, Dr. Hamida Bibi availed HEC Scholarship for her Mphil leading to PhD studies in the Department of Environment, The University of York UK. She got extensive experience in biological monitoring, in particular the potential of body size spectra for assessing environmental quality and identifying the resilience of freshwater stream and river communities. She has developed sampling procedures for collecting freshwater benthic invertebrates (Surber and Kick Sampler) and perfect identification skills of difficult aquatic organisms. After successfully completion her Mphil leading to PhD she served in the Department of Soil and Environmental Sciences, The University of Agriculture, Peshawar and enhanced her research expertise in a field of Integrated management of soil and water and produced many Mphil thesis and research papers and successfully completed research project. She experienced many administrative responsibilities including Department focal person of Quality Assurance Cell (QAC) of the University, focal person of harassment and vigilance cell, coordinator and organizer of Departmental, national and international seminars, workshops and symposiums and as an incharge of different scientific laboratories -
