  • Biblography

    I completed my early education from my village school. Afterward I moved to Islamia college Peshawar and got my B.A in English Literature. I completed my B.ed & M.ed from IER, University of Peshawar. Got HEC scholarship for my PhD studies and completed it from Qurtuba University of Science & Information Technology, Peshawar. My PhD dissertation is on "Conflict Management in schools: Developing a Model for Secondary Schools' Principals" My interest area is Conflict management & Peace studies, Educational Psychology. My expertise is in Qualitative research with a particular focus on Phenomenology, Ethnographic and case study research
