Biblography
Our research group works on the interface of bacterial genomics and metagenomics to investigate the functions of bacterial genetic machinery and advance our understanding of the mechanisms that how bacteria respond to natural and anthropogenic stimuli such as antimicrobials. These genetic data are then explored to improve our ability to use them for genome-based molecular diagnostics, and for designing of novel antimicrobials. -
